Workamping Opportunity in the Redwood Forests of Northern California
In 2026, we’re looking for cabin and onsite RV housekeepers.
The Mystic Forest RV Park and Campground is looking for workampers for the 2026 season! We are a small, family-owned and operated campground nestled in the redwood forest just outside of Redwood National Park, 16 miles south of Crescent City, CA.
We are looking for a housekeeper to help with cleaning the cabins and the onsite RVs for lodging or a couple who could help with both maintenance and cabin cleaning.
An RV site with utilities (water, power and sewer) and free internet will be provided in exchange for combined total of 15 hours of work per week. For additional housekeeping work, we offer $50 per cabin/RV cleaning including the laundry. For additional hours for a handyman (when needed and agreed upon) we offer $20/hour.
These are not full-time positions.
Requirements:
– We don’t have workamper lodging so you need your own RV.
– We’re in the middle of nowhere with no stores close by, so you’ll also need your own car.
– A team member! Someone who feels like having fun while working hard and a quick response time for communications between us.
Our park has 30 RV spots, 2 tent camping sections, 4 cabins and 3 onsite RVs for lodging. We have onsite laundry, wifi, a dog-run, a mini golf course, a game room with a pool table and ping pong, a small gift shop and coffee shop, and a 1/2-mile long hiking trail.
