Cancellation Policy For Accommodations
Accommodations at the Mystic Forest are cabins and onsite rental RVs.
A 10% cancelation fee applies to all cancelations to cover credit card processing fees and other incurred costs. (Fee-free cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation.)
50% cancelation fee applies to all cancellations made less than 5 days before 3 pm on the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before 3 pm on the check-in date will receive no refund.
Cancellation Policy For RV sites and Tent sites
If you need to cancel or reschedule your travel, please let us know as soon as possible.
All online bookings will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees and other incurred costs. (Fee-free cancellation within 24 hours of making the reservation.)
There are no other cancellation fees for any reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before noon on your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will incur a one-night charge and the rest of your trip will be cancelled.
We do not offer refunds for early departures.
Accommodations Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed in our cabins and onsite rental RVs, except Little Foot which is our only pet-free accommodation. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $25 per accommodation per stay.
Cats are unfortunately not allowed in our cabins and onsite RV rentals.
